Shipping policy

All items, unless stated otherwise, are made-to-order and ship within 5-7 business days. Occasionally, due to production volume, interruption in supply chain, shipping delays from manufacturers, and response to the global pandemic, we may experience longer than usual production times. 

Free domestic shipping is included in every order. Orders under a certain value or weight may be shipped without tracking information.  Most domestic orders are mailed by USPS Priority Mail and are subject to USPS delivery schedule. Magazines are mailed vis USPS Media Mail. 

Free shipping is for domestic orders only. A shipping fee will be applied to all international orders at checkout. 

Shipping labels will be printed EXACTLY as the shipping address is listed.  Before checkout, confirm the correct mailing address including street, apartment number or unit if applicable, and correct zip code.  If an item is undeliverable due to an incomplete address, it will be mailed back to us. In some instances, undeliverable items are not returned to us and we will not be able to send you a complimentary replacement. You will be responsible for any orders that do not arrive due to an incomplete address. 

If a package is marked as delivered, we consider that package as having arrived to its recipient.  We are not liable for missing, lost, or stolen packages. If you feel the shipping address is unsafe due to previous missing packages, previous damaged packages, inability for USPS to safely enter the building and leave a package, etc. then please make arrangements to receive the package at the local post office or enter an alternate shipping address.
